The glossy painted finish is available in an infinite range of colors from the RAL and NCS system, which allows you to customize each project according to the client's preferences. The technology used to produce painted elements, in the THE SILVA HOUSE factory, uses modern spraying lines for conventional products of the following types: POLYURETHANE, POLYESTER, ACRYLIC and UV or WATER-BASED, equipped with pressurized enclosures, spraying robots, drying and ventilation tunnels with ULTRAVIOLET lamps, technology that ensures increased productivity and efficiency.
For furniture made of MDF, with painted elements, the products used to finish the surfaces and edges of the panels offer high resistance to cleaning agents, impermeability to water and vapors, thermal resistance and last but not least excellent mechanical resistance
In the process of finishing furniture fronts and wooden objects used in the furniture industry, GLOBAL DESIGN SUCEAVA uses primers and varnishes with a superior quality with the following main characteristics:
