RUSTIC
The RUSTIC series was designed in response to current demands for a closer feel to nature: noble wood materials that combine rustic charm with exceptional texture.
These decors are carefully selected and processed to highlight unique characteristics such as cracks, knots, chromatic and structural variations.
Thus, this range of noble veneers demands to be admired, felt and explored in detail.

RUSTIC BEAM TYPE
To create the beam-like decors, noble veneers are selected and assembled in a ‘beam’ style. This emphasizes the natural qualities of the wood. In combination with various surface treatments and structures, these characteristics can be further enhanced to create subtle and impressive effects.
On request, irregular wood-specific characteristics such as knots and cracks can be pre-filled.
DIGITAL PRINTING
The printed decor series combines the naturalness of wood with the possibilities offered by digital printing. You can give wood the look you have imagined, while maintaining the natural feel.
The limited availability of reclaimed wood and the often difficult technical qualities of historic beams are factors optimized by printed veneer.
This can be reproduced precisely, while preserving the feel and natural warmth of a noble wood.
ACOUSTIC PANELS
The arrangement of acoustic elements in the room (wall/ceiling covering, furniture elements or doors) as well as the design of ACOUSTIC PANELS play a crucial role in planning the acoustics of the room.
ACOUSTIC PANELS contribute significantly to the acoustic comfort in the room.
For special projects, we can customize acoustic products with digital printing that includes special optical accents.
LAMP ACOUSTIC PANELS
The acoustic effect of the LAMPED ACOUSTIC PANELS ensures a unique and comforting atmosphere in both commercial and private areas.
This exclusive combination consists of a durable acoustic material (black, made from at least 30% recycled PET bottles) and high-quality MDF slats with a veneered surface. The panels can be easily mounted on walls or ceilings and fit into any space and furnishing style.
The appearance of the slats makes the room seem deeper, larger and brings a modern eye-catcher.
The result is reduced sound echo and the creation of a soothing indoor climate.
PRELUCRARE
Panel thickness: 19 mm and 20 mm.
Standard dimensions: 2800mm x 2070mm or 2800mm x 1030 mm.
Cutting
Cutting is done in parallelogram format or on a curve with a minimum radius of 300mm.
Possibility of “cut to size” cutting for any desired size.
Optimization on fiber
Optimization on fiber is possible only on request and requires specific conditions.
To ensure design continuity, the assembly must fit into
the size of a sheet.
Edging
Edge thickness: approx. 1 mm.
Edge height available in stock for 19 mm and 20 mm panels.
Edge application with EVA or PUR adhesive.
Varnishing
Depending on customer demand, we can offer MDF Veneered Panels made of raw or varnished noble wood.
We recommend varnishing, this is necessary on both sides of the panel to protect the veneer.
To protect the veneer surface, we use transparent acrylic varnish with a gloss level of 5, applied in two layers on each side.
MDF Veneered Panels with unvarnished natural wood are delicate and require careful maintenance.
